Gary Snow
Gary Snow was born in Kansas City, Missouri and has been playing bass since 1967 when he did his first gig for money, a whopping $1.25, and has been touring and doing recording sessions ever since. Gary has played with many great musicians including touring with Michael Martin Murphy and fiddle legend Vassar Clements. Although he has played and recorded with mostly American musicians, Gary worked several years with Canadian Singer/Songwriter Cameron Molloy and played on Cameron’s song “Diamond’s in the Dark”, which went to #2 on the Canadian music charts. He also plays with past Canadian Juno Nominee and Creston resident, Mark Koenig. Gary currently hosts the popular “Barnyard Blues Music Hour” on CIDO FM 97.7, Friday nights at 7:00 p.m.,which highlights much of his musical career through music and story.
